The nature-loving couple who commissioned this project wanted shade and shelter around the oval patio, in their gorgeous garden (designed by local garden designer Amy Cocker) situated in the grounds of an old mill. The ring-beam fashioned from nine sections of naturally curved Sweet Chestnut, and angled to reflect the sloping hillside backdrop makes the perfect centerpiece to this stunning space.
